As our valued salon partner, we have created our new loyalty program to thank you for your commitment to using Kaaral products.

Your points will accumulate with every order you purchase and can be used to redeem essential, high-quality items to enhance your salon experience.

Main Rules

  • All Kaaral brands are point eligible.

  • Minimum purchases to qualify: $1,500 per quarter.

  • Points are redeemable at the end of each quarter.

  • Redemption orders must be placed at www.rewards.kaaralusa.com.

  • You will receive the material directly to your salon at zero cost.

  • Points expire 30 days after the ending quarter.

  • Points are earned at the rate of 1 point for every $10 spent on Kaaral products.

How the Program Works

The loyalty program runs on quarterly accumulation cycles followed by a redemption month.

During each three-month accumulation period, you can submit your invoices and earn points based on your qualifying purchases. For example, invoices submitted in January, February, and March will all count toward the same quarterly total.

At the end of each accumulation quarter, the following month becomes the redemption month. In the example above, points earned in January, February, and March can be redeemed in April.

To redeem points, you must reach a minimum of 150 points by the end of the accumulation quarter:

  • if you reach 150 points or more, you may redeem your accumulated points during the following redemption month;

  • if you finish the quarter with less than 150 points, the points accumulated during that quarter will be reset to zero.

Please note that any points submitted during the redemption month do not count toward the quarter that just ended. Instead, they automatically begin accumulating for the next quarter.

For example:

  • points submitted in April will count toward the April, May, June quarter and will be redeemable in July;

  • points submitted in July will count toward the July, August, September quarter and will be redeemable in October;

  • points submitted in October will count toward the October, November, December quarter and will be redeemable in January.

Quarterly Calendar

  • January – February – March → Redeem in April

  • April – May – June → Redeem in July

  • July – August – September → Redeem in October

  • October – November – December → Redeem in January

Important Expiration Rule

Points earned in each quarter expire 30 days after the end of that quarter.

This means that eligible points must be redeemed within the allowed redemption period, otherwise they will no longer be valid.
